TABLA PERFORMANCE

Rajvinder started with his first stage performance when he was just 9 years old. Along with tabla solo performances, he has accompanied a variety of instruments including the Sitar, Sarode, Rabab, Mandolin, Sarangi, Santoor, Bansuri, Violin and many more.

He has accompanied many great musicians including: Dr. Gurnam Singh Ji at Tall Katora Garden in Delhi, Dr. Alankar Singh, classical vocalist, at India International Habitat Center in Delhi, Professor Vanita, Sitarist, at Punjab University, Patiala, Homayun Sakhi, Rabab Player, in Fresno, California.

Rajvinder was also invited to perform at Prime Minsiter Manmohan Singh's residence for his birthday celebration.

TABLA LESSONS

Rajvinder truly enjoys playing tabla and has an amazing ability to pass on his tabla talent to students of all ages, throughout the world. His teaching style is tailored for each student to ensure they get the best out of every lesson and that each student is progressing consistently toward their goal. He teaches systematically and takes great care of every detail while making it easy for the student to learn, retain and perform every step of the way.

Tabla classes are currently offered in person in the Bay Area and on-line classes are offered anywhere in the world. He currently has students in Australia, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom and France.

Classes are offered from beginners, intermediate to advanced. Each student's goals are evaluated and a lesson plan is created to ensure that every lesson is designed to help the student reach their goal.

While some students want to learn to play tabla as a hobby, some students want to learn tabla for accompaniment and others want to learn tabla to become sophisticated players that can play tabla for any occasion and to any capacity.
